MY STORY

I'm a former collegiate athlete turned weekend warrior and a total anatomy nerd. I might be the tightest yogi you will ever meet.

I teach sport specific proven training programs to enhance your current regimen. Together, our goals are to reduce injury and increase longevity through better mobility, flexibility and strength.

 

I could care less if you ever touch your toes.

 

My formula:  strength + flexibility = mobility.

 

I’ll throw in some focus and meditation for giggles.

Not an athlete? Neither am I anymore. Let’s hold each other accountable anyways.  My goal is to always have my clients be as strong, mobile and confident as possible so they can achieve whatever their target is for the day.

Tactical Stretch

This class aims at an end result beyond the immediate result.  Careful planning with trainers, coaches and athletes combine to a sport specific plan of action each session, customized to maximize the training cycle.

Active Deep Stretch

This slower paced practice is an amazing compliment to any training regimen, or for anyone just living this crazy thing called life at 100 miles an hour! We combine active and passive stretching with mobility work.

This practice is 100 percent about YOU. Once we analyze your needs together, we build from there. Crazy schedule and/or group sessions annoy you? Perfect. Think you are a hot mess? Perfect. I got you covered!

Lostasana

This is about building community, making new friends, enjoying some beer and yoga and supporting our new, local business, Lost World’s Brewery.

Perfect practice for the new yogi and the seasoned practitioner as well.

Vinyasa Yoga

Prepare to maximize your day with this faster flowing practice, which combines breath and movement.  Once we build on the cadence of breath, we will layer on more complex patterns, combining strength of the body and mind with longer elongation in the muscles.
